Abstract

Twenty human cadaveric kidneys were used to determine an experimental model of intrarenal surgery: posterior segmental nephrotomy, with a reconstructive flap, was performed in 10 kidneys (in 8 of them black resin in the excretory tract was injected), while 5 bivalve nephrotomies according to Boyce's anatrophic modalities, 3 multiple nephrotomies according to Wickham and 2 inferior nephrocalycotomies according to Turner-Warwick, were performed in the other 10 kidneys.
