Abnormal ventricular repolaritation patterns such as inverted T-waves are occasionally present in trained adult athletes. Treadmill exercise electocardiographic stress test is the classical method for initial assessment of coronary artery disease (CAD). It is known that the treadmill exercise stress test may be falsely positive. A 64-slice multidetector tomography angiography (MDCT) is a noninvasive important method in the early detection of CAD with high accuracy. We present a case of false positive during stress test. The use of MDCT has allowed us to exclude with reasonable certainty the suspicion of CAD.
