ln this paper we discuss the clinical case of a patient with 'absence' seizures and 3 c/s bilateral and synchronous PO on the EEG in which the attacks seem to originate in the left frontal lobe. This case gives us the opportunity to talk about the physiopathological nochs behind the EEG results of the PO and in particular in relationship to frontal seizures.
