Abstract

In order to test 1H MRS clinical performances, an integrated method has been used to acquire single-voxel in vivo spectra by a 1.5 clinical MR scanner. This method has been tested in normal and pathological subjects. The aim of the study was to evaluate spectra pathological patterns in order to find, if possible, any difference between low and high grade gliomas.
