Abstract

Literature on welders' occupational diseases of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, eyes and skin is reviewed and evaluated. Special attention is paid to the risk of cancer for welders. Trends of future research work aimed at better understanding and improving of occupational health of welding personnel are outlined.
