Heart rate acceleration without changes in the QT interval and severe ventricular tachyarrhythmias: a variant of the long QT syndrome?

Abstract

We report a 48-year-old woman without demonstrable heart disease who developed ventricular tachycardia associated with increase in her heart rate without normal QT interval shortening.
