Abstract
Hibernoma is an uncommon tumor, originating from brown adipose tissue. Diagnostic features and surgical therapy are overviewed and discussed. After three-year follow up, we report the case of a 35-year-old woman presenting with painless bulging of the thigh, who had previously underwent incomplete resection of a tumor diagnosed as "lipoma".
