Bradycardia during partial epileptic seizures is seldom reported. Ictal EEG documented bradycardia during a left temporal lobe seizure. Ictal bradycardia is potentially life-threatening Cardiac implantation along with antiepileptic therapy could be necessary to minimize the risk of death.
