Immune complexes in food allergy: A critical reappraisal

Abstract

In this review we shall summarize the reasons for studying the occurence of immune complexes in food allergy, their possible roles, and the limitations of our knowledge in this field. We shall try to represent clearly the inadequacy of some interpretations when transposed to the clinical setting.
