Abstract

We report a case of a 62-year-old man with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer disease, investigated by fluorine-18-Choline (F-FCH) PET/CT. F-FCH PET/CT demonstrated focal increased uptake of F-FCH inside the right testis, suggestive for distant recurrent disease. On testis removal, a Leydig cell tumor of 2.5 cm in diameter was unexpectedly found. F-FCH PET/CT may demonstrate tumors other than prostate cancer.
