N2 - We use the mechanical high-shear homogenization method for large scale production of two cosmetic gels containing a liposome dispersion. To ensure homogeneity, reproducibility and stability, transmission electron-microscope techniques were used to determine particle size and size distribution of vesicles, in addition to other techniques such as flow cytometry fluorescence and Coulter analysis.
