Intersomatic fusion with calf bone "Kiel bone splint" in the anterior surgical approach for the treatment of myelopathy in cervical spondylosis

Abstract

The Authors employed calf bone ("Kiel bone splint") in 16 cases of myelopathy from cervical spondylosis, which were treated by anterior surgical approach. The patients were observed for as long as 3 years following operation. Results proved to be fully successful.
