The intradiploic meningioma of the orbital roof may be classified as a subgroup of intraosseous ectopic meningiomas. To date, only four cases have been described. This report examines one other case. Pathological features, diagnostic criteria, and surgical possibilities are discussed in an attempt to identify some homogenous characteristics of these five cases, which would better define the intradiploic meningioma of the orbital roof.
