Abstract
A new technique for the management of large perforations of Schneiders membrane during maxillary sinus elevation is presented. A resorbable collagen membrane is used, fixed outside the antrostomy and then pushed inward to create a new membrane. It thus obliterates large perforations preventing dispersion of particulate graft material inside the sinus. In this case report, a biopsy has been performed after six months and new bone formation inside sinus cavity was shown.
