Abstract
The authors report their experience about 31 cases of intrathoracic neurogenic tumours, some of which are uncommon: 3 vagus nerve tumors and 3 intrapulmonary tumors. After indicating the anatomopathological classification, argument still under discussion, they describe clinical manifestation and radiological pattern, typical of this neoplasms. In detail they consider some typical forms of infancy, neuroblastomas and ganglioneuromas, with reference to their spontaneous regression and maturation, and the connection between neurofibroma and von Recklinghausen's disease, referring to the particular considerations of prognosis and therapy of this association.
