Abstract
A single case report of intravenous leiomyomatosis with extension into the right atrium is reviewed. The pertinent clinical features emphasize the importance of a high index of suspicion in dealing with this rare tumor. Complete surgical debulking will result in prevention of serious complications and morbidity.
