Abstract
Isokinetic testing was performed on 9 patients with myotonic dystrophy (My D) to determine rehabilitative workload. Two tests were administered: results of the first test showed reduced peak torque (Nm/kg) and work produced (J/kg) in My D patients with respect to healthy controls. The second test revealed that My D patients showed less fatigue than healthy controls.
