The following is a case study of a keratoacanthoma which occurred at the donor site about 7 weeks after the harvest of a skin graft. Since, in the opinion of the Authors, this is a fairly rare occurrence, this case merits presentation, with comments and comparisons to 3 other similar cases found in the literature.
