Abstract
We describe the successful use of operative laparoscopy techniques in the treatment of a few congenital anomalies of the Mullerian genital tract. Four cases of utero-vaginal agenesis, one case of agenesis of the cervix and upper part of the vagina, and one case of unicornuate uterus with cavitated non-communicating rudimentary horn are reported. Besides the established role of operative hysteroscopy we support the use of operative laparoscopy in the treatment of particular Mullerian defects.
