Abstract

We present the clinical, histological, immunohistochemical and ultrastructural features of a unique case of laryngeal carcinoma showing multidirectional epithelial (squamous, glandular, exocrine and neuroendocrine) and sarcomatous (chondrosarcomatous and rhabdomyosarcomatous) differentiation.
