Abstract

Leukocytospermia is defined as the presence of >1 × 106 leukocytes per millilitre of semen, with an incidence of 10-20% among infertile men. The influence of leukocytospermia on semen parameters is controversial with some, but not all, studies showing a negative effect on IVF outcomes. The chapter addresses the management options for dealing with the men with leukocytospermia undergoing ART treatment.
