Abstract
Purpose of the study was the identification of parameters predictive of efficacy of Levetiracetam (LEV) administered in a group of 75 patients affected by epileptic partial seizures and resistent/intolerant to Topiramate treatment. Only the dose <2000 mg and the treatment lasting more than 10 months resulted significantly correlated with a favorable response to LEV.
