Abstract
We report a case of primary erythromelalgia in an 8-year old boy, who presented with a ten-day history of burning pain involving his hands and feet, relieved only by immersion in cold water. He was unresponsive to many treatments and dramatically improved, after fifty-two days, with the introduction of oral magnesium.
