Abstract

The authors report on the morphological and dynamic aspects of the formation by mitotic arrest of ring nuclei in histiocytes and macrophages of the triton Molgevulgaris L. studied live in vitro. By means of the phase contrast microscope and microfilm lcchnipjes it was possible to study the relationship between the cytoplasmic structures within the ring nucleus and those in the nucleus itself.
