Abstract
The principal clinical findings in 16 cases of meningioma of the posterior cranial fossa are reported. It is pointed out that complete resection is difficult and postoperative mortality high. Accordingly, in spite of the histologically genign nature of the tumor, the prognosis is unfavorable in almost one third of the cases.
