Abstract
Microsurgery is becoming increasingly widely accepted in the field of urology, and microsurgical training will become an integral part of the programs for Residents in University Schools of Urology. In this paper we outline the present clinical application of microsurgery in urology and perspectives, for example: workbench surgery, testis transplantation, vasovasostomy, revascularization for impotence, penis replantation, microsurgery of the urinary tract.
