We have discussed the ralationship between partial epilepsy, migraine and sleep. We have presented the case report of two patients considered affected by migraine. We found seizures preceeded by migraine and sleep in a contest of occipital anomalies and photosensitivity in the first patient. The second one showed posterior EEG anomalies associated with epileptic seizures sometimes in awake state preceeded by migraine sometimes during drowsiness. AED achieved total control of epilepsy but we observed a different response for migraine in the two children.
