Abstract
Migraine and epilepsy are two syndromes with different aetiopathogenetic and clinical features. Nevertheless in some partial benign epilepsy migraine attacks and epilepsy seizures can mutually interact each other as triggering factors. In literature there is no evidence of a possible connection between migraine and lesional temporal lobe epilepsy. The case of a 13 years old boy with left mesial temporal sclerosis, migraine with visual acute onset aura and several clinical-neurophysiological features of idiopathic partial epilepsy, is reported.
