Abstract
Aleukemic leukemia cutis is a rare condition in which patients have skin lesions containing leukemic cells without evidence of leukemia in peripheral blood and bone marrow. The case of a 75-year-old man, who developed a diffuse papulo-nodular cutaneous eruption specially on the trunk histologically showing an atypical infiltrate of leukemic cells (monocytic cells), without evidence of sistemic disease, is reported. A low-dose Methotrexate therapy produced a complete remission of the disease, persisting after eighteen months of follow-up.
