Different protocols explain different results of MRI of the breast in the literature. The ideal sequence is not yet available, but could be obtained fast, according to the fast and continuous technical improvements. It should allow a high signal to noise ratio, a good temporal and spatial resolution, image both breasts, and have a strong T1-weighting.
