Abstract
The authors describe two cases of multiple intracerebral traumatic haematomas. They present the following characteristics: absence of associated extracerebral lesions or cerebral lacerations; no continuity between them; and mono-hemispheric localization. The authors underline: the extremely irregular evolution of the clinical symptomatology; the traumatic origin of lesions due to strikes, even without superficial tissue lesions; angiographic findings extremely hard to interpret; and the peculiar pathogenetic mechanisms.
