Abstract
We report a case of myocardial blunt injury following a politrauma. The diagnosis of myocardial damage was supported by the scintigraphic findings of a 201Tl detect in the proximal segment of posterolateral wall at 201Tl study and of an abnormal uptake of 111In-antimyosin in the whole posterolateral wall. The association of the two scintigraphic methods allowed to assess the site and the size of the myocardial damage.
