Abstract

Skin lesions occur in about 25% of patients with sarcoidosis, but nail involvement is quite uncommon. We report on a patient with nodular sarcoidosis who presented nail dystrophy with associated bone cysts. Cutaneous and nail involvements improved following prednisone 0.5 mg/kg/day.
