Abstract
Non-compaction of the ventricular myocardium (NVM) is an uncommon congenital cardiopathy characterized by failure of the myocardial compaction during embryogenesis. During the past decade, several cases have been reported in literature. However, still today the NVM is a diagnostic challenge. We describe a case of NVM in the asymptomatc subject pratictioner non-competitive physical activity.
