Abstract
A patient with a clinical syndrome of 'delirium' is described. The confusional state with myoclonia, was compatibile with a non-convulsive status epilepticus, which in effect was diagnosed because of the epileptic EEG. The case shows that a delirium syndrome can recognize an epileptic cause.
