A case of nodular primary localized cutaneous amyloidosis is reported. Surgical treatment followed 'shaving' technique with successive dermoabrasion. This treatment allowed to obtain good aesthetic results without any local relapse during 13-month follow-up. 'Shaving' technique associated with dermoabrasion seems to be a simple and safe treatment for this kind of lesions.
