Purpose To investigate the role of orbital color Doppler ultrasound (OCDUS) in the diagnosis of carotid-cavernous fistula (CCF) with anterior drainage and particularly whether a negative OCDUS could avoid an invasive diagnostic cerebral angiography (DSA).
