This is a case report on pancreatic metastases from small cell lung cancer successfully treated by transcatheter arterial infusion of chemotherapy. The patient showed partial regression of pancreatic and thoracic disease. To our knowledge this is the first reported case of small cell lung cancer with pancreatic involvement treated with the transcatheter arterial infusion procedure; it represents an example of integrated treatments that may be considered for patients with pancreatic involvement from small cell lung cancer even if heavily pre-treated.
