Abstract

A case of pancreatitis associated with hyperfunctioning parathyroid adenoma is reported. The patient, a 31 year old woman, was operated (simple adenomectomy) and followed up for 10 years. Not only the clinical-diagnostic but especially the prognostic-therapeutic significance of such an association, is emphasized.
