Abstract

Lichen sclerosus of the prepuce is a chronic inflammatory disease of incompletely characterized pathogenesis. The major clinical manifestations consist of itch, scarring, malignancies, phimosis and psychosexual dysfunctions. Its prepuce localization is rare. Its association with Hutchinson-like lentigo is unknown. The case of a male patient affected by lichen slerosus and lentigo maligna, treated by circumcision, with a follow-up of 26 months is described.
