Abstract
Penile lumps are commonly encountered in urologist's surgery. Most of patients actually have Peyronie's disease, but differential diagnosis is needed with a wide series of other benign and malignant pathologies. Patients are usually given a preliminary diagnosis based on history, onset of symptoms, and physical examination; imaging is often required to confirm the diagnosis, or for staging purpose.
