Abstract
The authors report their experience with Sn-gluconate of Ca-Tc99m and with 201Tl chloride. Sn-gluconate of Ca is favourable for the low dose of irradiation, but has some limits in the results and in scintigraphic efficacy, and so is not used any more by the authors. 201Tl chloride is favourable not only for the protection and the technique but also for better results and for the particular characteristic of giving initial diagnostic information 30 minutes after injection.
