Abstract
Three cases of pregnancy are reported in patients with partial epilepsy (2 cryptogenetic, 1 cortical dysplasia), all of them following new AEDs monotherapy treatment. No major seizures occurred but one simple partial seizure during the first three months for the patient with cortical dysplasia. No teratogenic effect of the new AEDs was shown for the newborns.
