This report describes a successful pregnancy in a patient presenting a 45,X/46,XX karyotype with a high percentage of the XO cell line, but few stigmata. The daughter is normal and has a 46,XX karyotype, which was determined by means of amniocentesis due to the high risk of abnormal karyotypes in offspring of patients with Turner's syndrome. The case discussed shows the importance of considering possible fertility in mosaic individuals with few somatic anomalies.
