Abstract
Between January 1977 and December 1991 505 pregnancies in epileptic women were prospectively followed from the beginning of pregnancy in the 'Milan collaborative study on Epilepsy and Pregnancy'. Pregnancy complications in our group of patients are comparable to those of the general population not suffering from epilepsy.
