Abstract
Appendiceal mucocele is a rare cause of pain in the right lower abdominal quadrant. This case report describes a case of coexistence of endometriosis and appendiceal mucocele, which were diagnosed preoperatively by computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasonography. Laparoscopic excision of the appendiceal mucocele and endometriosis resulted in the disappearance of the symptoms.
