Primary leiomyosarcoma of the skin in a patient with hepatocarcinoma

Abstract

A case of cutaneous leiomyosarcoma involving the chin of a 69-year-old man affected by an hepatocarcinoma is presented. Immunohistochemistry was found to be a useful diagnostic adjunct to light microscopy with E and E for this unusual and, in our opinion, casual association.
