Primary ovarian pregnancy: A case report

Abstract

Primary ovarian pregnancy is a rare entity that is increasing in incidence. It is difficult to diagnose clinically and even intraoperatively. Conservative surgical management is advocated in young patients with good prognosis for future fertility.
