Abstract
Clinical and metabolic effects of long-term Thiazide therapy were evaluated in 73 patients with HRSF: 34 with Calcium Renal Leak, 18 with Intestinal Hyperabsorption, 12 with Renal Phosphate leak, and 9 with Resorptive Hypercalciuria. These 73 patients passed 576 stones in the 2304 months/patient before treatment while during the 689 months/patients of therapy, they passed 4 stones (p4/GFR decreased from 2.9 ± 0.4 to 2.0 ± 0.6 (
