Abstract

A 68 years old man showed a delusional disorder without any neurological sign. The absence of psychiatric hystory and the sudden onset of the psychopathological picture suggested brain CT scan and cerebral NMR, showing several intraparenchimal cystic and nodular lesions. Neoplastic nature of the lesions were confirmed by a stereotactic biopsy of the occipital lesion. Hystological examination showed metastases secondary to an undifferentiated lung carcinoma, oat cells type.
